Free Shipping and Tax Exemption:

We are pleased to offer free shipping and tax exemption on all orders. This means that the price you see during checkout is the final price you pay, with no additional shipping or tax charges.

Order Processing Time:

We require 1-3 days to process your order and gather the necessary documents for shipment. This includes carefully preparing your items and completing any required customs paperwork.

Most orders will ship within 24 hours.  If out of stock, please wait 3-5 working days, we will ship as soon as possible.

Please note: If there are weekends, holidays, the warehouse and logistics are not working, we will delay the shipping to working days. Please understand and we would appreciate your patience. 

Transit Time:

This does not include order processing time.The estimated transit time for your order is typically 5-8 working days. Please note that this is an approximate timeframe and may vary depending on factors such as your location and any unforeseen circumstances during transportation.

Unforeseen Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances beyond our control that could cause delays. Unforeseen events, including natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control, may impact the transit time of your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Shipping Notifications and Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification via email. This notification will include a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available as it may take a short period to update in the system.

Address Accuracy:

To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information. If your address is wrong and the delivery cannot be done properly, we are sorry for that and we will not take the responsibility for the loss caused by this mistake, so please make sure your address is accurate.
